Clemson signee and future Tigers kicker BT Potter just got some great news Sunday evening. The No. 3 overall kicker in the 2018 class, who hails from Rock Hill, S.C.. recently was awarded High School Blitz’s Anderson Player of the Year. With the award, he’ll get a $1,000 scholarship, along with free Chick-fil-A for one year. Talk about goals.
A Clemson kicker just won a year’s supply of free Chick-fil-A, and I am extremely jealous
BT Potter was named High School Blitz’s Anderson Player of the Year.

But there is a catch here. According to my colleague and Chick-fil-A for a year expert Alex Kirshner, you really only get one free sandwich per week. Alex had a friend who won a “year supply” of Chick-fil-A, and you only are entitled to one sandwich per week. It’s still not a bad deal for Potter, but definitely not as good as being able to get unlimited chicken nuggets for a whole year.
Luckily for Potter, there is one Chick-Fil-A located on-campus, and the next closest one is a mile and a half away, according to Google Maps.
Clemson used to not have one on campus, which troubled people in the past — in 2012, Auburn linebacker prospect Cassanova McKinzy said he chose Auburn over Clemson because of the existence of a Chick-fil-A on-campus:
As someone who went to the University of Florida, which proudly has multiple locations throughout campus, I can’t imagine how excited Potter is.
