Saturday’s NCAA hockey schedule features multiple games with ranked teams, and there are two games that will have ranked teams squaring off against each other on Saturday. The top teams squaring off are No. 1 Boston College, No. 4 Minnesota and No. 6 Boston University.

There is a full slate of college hockey games on Saturday, and there are mulutiple ranked teams in action including No. 1 ranked Boston College.


No. 6 ranked Boston University travels out West to face No. 14 ranked Denver on Saturday evening at 9:05 p.m. ET. This game can be seen regionally on ROOT Sports. Denver fell three spots in the rankings from last week, and have struggled over the past six weeks with a 0-5-3 record. Their last win came against Colorado College on Nov. 17.
Top ranked Boston College is going up against Alabama-Huntsville in part of the Mariucci Classic. Alabama-Huntsville has not performed well this year and have a 3-14-1 record, so look for Boston College to easily get the win. This game is scheduled to begin at 5:05 p.m.
No. 4 ranked Minnesota hosts Air Force in the same Mariucci Classic, and this game is a warm-up before Minnesota takes on No. 1 Boston College on Sunday. Minnesota boasts both a top-ten nationally ranked offense and defense this season, and will be a handful for Air Force to try to compete with. This game can be seen on Fox Sports North Plus with an 8:05 p.m start time.
The other game to feature a pair of ranked teams is No. 14 Nebraska-Omaha who travels to face No. 9 Quinnipiac. This No. 9 ranking for Quinnipiac is their highest since the 2009-10 season, and they have gone 8-0-1 over their last nine games. This game has a noon start time.
