2012 College Hockey schedule: No. 2 Quinnipiac travels to Brown

No. 2 Quinnipiac is in action on a busy Friday night of college hockey.

No. 2 Quinnipiac travels to Brown University on Friday night in college hockey action. The Bobcats are ranked No. 2 and received 22 first-place votes in the latest poll. They are 18-4-4 on the season and looking to keep the pressure on No. 1 Minnesota.

Elsewhere, No. 3 New Hampshire travels to Northeastern. The Wildcats are 15-6-2 and moved up a spot in this week’s poll. New Hampshire is currently in third place in the Hockey East division while Northeastern has had a tough go of it with a 4-10-3 record.

Also, No. 5 Boston College hosts Vermont in another Hockey East division matchup. The Eagles are in first place by a half game over Boston University with an 11-6-1 record. They dropped a couple of spots in this week’s poll to No. 5. Vermont is currently eighth in the Hockey East with a 4-9-4 record.
