2013 NCAA Hockey schedule: All top five teams in action Saturday

All top five NCAA hockey teams will be in action on Saturday.

Kim Klement-US PRESSWIRE

We’re nearing the end of the 2012-13 NCAA hockey regular season, but there’s still plenty to watch before it’s all said and done. After an action-packed Friday, multiple ranked teams are set to be in action on Saturday.

The USCHO Poll has Quinnipiac ranked No. 1 in the nation, and they’re playing against Dartmouth at 7 p.m. ET. That game is a road game for Quinnipiac, which boasted a 23-4-5 record. Dartmouth is ranked No. 18 in the nation with a 13-10-4 record.

All top five teams will be in action on Saturday, on top of that. No. 2 Minnesota will host No. 10 Denver at 8:05 p.m. ET. Minnesota actually received 10 first-place votes in the most recent poll, thanks to their 21-6-5 record. No. 3 Miami (two first-place votes) will play host to unranked Ohio State, No. 4 Boston College (one first-place vote) will play host to No. 20 Providence and No. 5 New Hampshire will be the host for Massachusetts, which is unranked.

On top of all of that top five action, plenty of other teams in the top 20 will be in action. There will be a total of 28 games on Saturday, so you can go check out the full schedule to find the game for you at the official USCHO site here.

Team records are through Tuesday’s games.
