Indian Team For England ODIs Named, Harbhajan, Yuvraj Miss Out
The 16-member Indian squad for the ODIs against England has been named and while Yuvraj Singh and Harbhajan Singh were dropped, Rahul Dravid gets a surprise call-up.

Both Harbhajan and Yuvraj were injured in the second Test match against England and were expected to take around a month to recover from their injuries. Chief selector Krish Srikkanth confirmed that the two had been rested because of their fitness.
There was recall for Rahul Dravid in the middle-order after two years while Rohit Sharma also comes in after his brilliant performances in the West Indies. Sachin Tendulkar, MS Dhoni, Gautam Gambhir and Virender Sehwag, who had all missed out on the tour of West Indies, make a comeback while Suresh Raina and Virat Kohli were retained.
Sehwag will act as the deputy to Dhoni.
Amongst the bowlers, Zaheer Khan has been deemed fit enough to lead the attack, with Ishant Sharma, Praveen Kumar, Vinay Kumar and Munaf Patel Patel as the five-pronged pace bowling attack. S Sreesanth misses out on a place in the squad.
With Harbhajan Singh out of the squad, there will be place for off-spinner R Ashwin and leggie Amit Mishra.
Parthiv Patel will be a back-up wicket-keeper and if need be, can double up as an opener as well, but there was no place for Wridhiman Saha.
India’s squad for England ODIs:
MS Dhoni (captain), Virender Sehwag (vice-captain), Gautam Gambhir, Sachin Tendulkar, Rahul Dravid, Suresh Raina, Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, Parthiv Patel, Zaheer Khan, Ishant Sharma, Vinay Kumar, Praveen Kumar, Munaf Patel, Amit Mishra, R Ashwin.
