With 12 stages complete, Great Britain’s Chris Froome is still the leader at the 2013 Tour de France. Froome maintained his three minute, 25 second lead over Spain’s Alejandro Valverde. The rest of the top-10 riders maintained their places, as well.

The Brit is still holding strong at the top of the Tour de France standings after 12 stages. Here’s the rest of the top 10.


Marcel Kittel of Germany won the 218 kilometer Stage 12 race, his third stage victory of the 2013 Tour. Kittel overtook Mark Cavendish in the final seconds of the race to take home the victory. Stage 13 will get underway from Tours on Friday morning, ending 173 kilometers later in Saint-Amand-Montrond.
Peter Sagan remains in the points lead (green jersey) with 307 points. Cavendish is in second with 211 points. Movistar Team holds the team lead with a four-minute, 34-second lead over Team Saxo-Tinkoff.
