The seventh stage of the 2014 Tour de France is set for Friday.

There are only two significant climbs for this stage, but both come within the final 20 kilometers of the race. The day’s action will be covered on NBCSN. Their coverage will begin at 8 a.m. ET and run through noon, with a replay later at 8 p.m. through 11 p.m. There will also be video available on NBC’s Live Extra streaming if you can’t make it to your television.
