Vuelta 2016 live stream: Time, TV schedule and how to watch Stage 21 online with NBC Sports Gold

The Vuelta a Espana cycling race has one more stage left, but it’s largely processional and there will not be a change in leader barring an unexpected catastrophe. Nairo Quintana held off Chris Froome in a brilliant and exciting 20th stage on Saturday, fighting off six separate attacks to ultimately finish ahead of him.

For Froome, it will be the third time he’s finished as runner-up in the Vuelta. Quintana extended his lead over Froome by finishing two seconds ahead of him on Stage 20. His lead is 1:23 and all he has to do at this point is not fall off his bike during the leisurely 104.8-kilometer ride from Las Rozas to Madrid.

It’s a flat stage overall, no significant climbs or anything like that. It’s a stage that will heavily favor sprinters, while the majority of the peloton will just be happy for a more subdued ride as Quintana takes his victory lap.

The final stage is set to begin around 11:20 a.m. ET and will be broadcast live on NBC Sports Gold, so get your subscriptions in if you want to catch the action. The stage has an approximate finish of around 2:20 p.m. Below is a look at the stage profile and all the information you need to watch.
