Week 2 injuries
George Kittle, 49ers
Kittle sustained a hamstring injury in the 49ers’ victory over the Seahawks on Sunday and will miss at least four weeks after being placed on the PUP list. Backups Luke Farrell and Jake Tonges both got time on the field in his absence this past Sunday.
Brock Bowers, Raiders
Bowers was the only tight end to go over 100 yards in Week 1, but exited their matchup against the Patriots with a knee injury. The second-year playmaker appears to be fine for now, but will be day-to-day ahead of their Monday night matchup against the Chargers.
Evan Engram, Broncos
Engram’s debut with the Broncos was derailed when he left in the fourth quarter due to a calf injury. The 31-year-old veteran is another name to monitor throughout the week as the team is set to visit the Colts in Week 2.
