The Seattle Seahawks lost their Week 1 matchup at home to the 49ers 17-13. It was an ugly game by the Seahawks on both sides of the ball. Their strength this season was supposed to be the rushing game under new OC Klint Kubiak, Kenneth Walker was stymied completely, while Zach Charbonnet did okay, averaging 3.9 yards per carry on 12 attempts, while adding one touchdown run. Walker had 10 attempts for 20 yards and three receptions for four yards. Now they get to face a Steelers defense that should be good against the run, though Breece Hall gashed them for much of the game in Week 1.
Kenneth Walker start or sit: Week 2 fantasy football advice
We break down the fantasy football outlook of Kenneth Walker III ahead of Week 2

Below, we’ll go over Kenneth Walker III outlook in fantasy football for Week 2.
Fantasy Football analysis: Seahawks, RB, Kenneth Walker
Walker did not look quick in his debut, though the 49ers defensive front did push the Seahawks offensive line around. The question for Walker is if his foot is 100% after not being able to practice consistently this preseason. We do know Charbonnet is healthy and he outplayed Walker in Week 1. There is nothing keeping the team from going with Walker as the lead after a strong week of practice, but from the information we have, that scenario is risky to project.
Start or sit in Week 2 PPR leagues?
Sit. If the matchup was better, I could see playing both backs this week, but flying cross country to play in a hostile environment at a good defense’s home opener is something I’ll pass on if I can.
Start or sit in Week 2 standard leagues?
Sit.
