Earlier in the week, we gave you the Top 10 fantasy football player rankings for Week 7 at each of the six main positions. Now that we’ve moved closer to the weekend, the number of experts giving opinions has doubled, so we wanted to revisit the rankings and see what has changed.
Fantasy Football Week 7 Revised Rankings
QB - Early in the week, the experts liked Tony Romo and had him ranked as the number four QB. As the week moved on, that confidence in Romo has dropped, as has his ranking, down to number eight. Conversely, Philip Rivers has moved from number five to number three.
RB - Chris Johnson was sitting at number two early in the week, now he's all the way down to number five. With Johnson dropping, Adrian Peterson, Frank Gore and Steven Jackson all move up to two, three and four, respectively. Ray Rice is still topping the list.
WR - Over the past few days Roddy White has leapfrogged Miles Austin to top the receivers list. Meanwhile, Brandon Marshall has received a lot of love, moving up from eighth to fourth. Jeremy Maclin jumps onto the list in the eighth spot after not making the list earlier.
TE - Not much movement among the tight ends as everybody waits to see how Antonio Gates looks closer to game time. Gates was ranked ninth earlier this week, but the momentum seems to be building that he'll play, the experts now have him at seventh.
K - The kickers held steady with Rob Bironas still at the top.
