Week 5 is just around the corner. So what should you expect from the top QBs? Here are five names poised for a big weekend.
Fantasy Football Projections Week 5: Quarterbacks
Aaron Rodgers - It's not like Aaron Rodgers needed any help, but this week he gets a Washington Redskins' pass defense that is 31st in the league in passing yards and has allowed 6 TDs. The Packers have plenty of weapons in the passing game for Rodgers to choose from, and he'll use them all.
Projection: (325 yds, 3 TDs)
Drew Brees - Brees and Co. take on the Cardinals this week, a team that is struggling. The pass defense is bad, and they'll be playing a new QB. Expect the Saints to turn it up on defense, and in turn giving Brees plenty of opportunities to rack up the points, both real and fantasy.
Projection: (315 yds, 3 TDs)
Peyton Manning - You know that the Colts are one mad football team after dropping a game last week to the Jaguars. Manning will be ready to restore dominance, and he'll get a Chiefs defense that surrenders a lot of passing yards. Expect a rabid Colts team looking to run up the score with Manning as the ringleader.
Projection: (365 yds, 2 TDs)
Eli Manning - Don't leave little brother Eli out of the weekend plans. The Giants get the Texans this week, and if they have one glaring weakness, it's their secondary. They are last in the league in pass defense and have given up 8 TDs. Eli should feast this week.
Projection: (335 yds, 2 TDs)
Matt Ryan - You have to like the Falcons matchup this week taking on the Browns. Even though Cleveland scored an upset win last week, they still got torched by Terrell Owens. Cleveland is a pass defense ready to be had, and Ryan should do the job.
Projection: (299, 2 TDs)
