Houston Texans RB Arian Foster And San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers On The Fantasy Board

Two of this season’s most productive fantasy performers, Houston Texans RB Arian Foster and San Diego Chargers QB Philip Rivers, have posted touchdowns already today. Foster followed a block punt (hey, a Chargers special teams adventure!) with an eight-yard score, and Rivers followed with a 55-yard completion to WR Seyi Ajirotutu.

Rivers now has a touchdown in every game this year, and leads the NFL in passing yardage. This is the first touchdown of Ajirotutu’s career. The Texans have the league’s worst passing defense, so this isn’t likely to be the last touchdown for Rivers today.

Foster has scored in three straight. He’s up to 36 yards on seven carries today. He’s gone over 100 total yards from scrimmage in every game this year. The Chargers have the league’s second best rushing defense, so this could certainly be the last touchdown for Foster today. Symmetry, y’all.
