The Buffalo Bills have one of the league’s ten best passing defenses, but Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler is putting up yards and points early in the second quarter. Cutler has 129 yards through the air, plus a team-leading 32 on the ground, and a four-yard touchdown pass to TE Greg Olsen.
Chicago Bears QB Jay Cutler Racking Up Fantasy Points Against Buffalo Bills
Most importantly, Cutler has yet to throw an interception today after throwing four in his last game against the Washington Redskins, all to CB DeAngelo Hall. He might be on pace to approach 300 yards today, but keeping the ball out of Buffalo’s defensive backs will be priority.
Olsen has three touchdowns this year, but was shut out in two games against the Carolina Panthers and Seattle Seahawks. Bears WRs Earl Bennett and Johnny Knox lead Chicago with 50 and 49 yards.
In the most astounding stat of all, Cutler has yet to be sacked today. Sure, the Bills only have 11 sacks, but the first key to having more than 11 sacks is playing the Bears.
