Seyi Ajirotutu And Randy McMichael Catch Two TDs Each From Philip Rivers

San Diego Chargers WR Seyi Ajirotutu has caught two touchdown passes from QB Philip Rivers, the first two of his career. He has 111 yards so far today after putts up 26 and 48 in his first two games. The rookie out of Fresno State has been forced into action by a Vincent Jackson-less Chargers receiving corps.

TE Randy McMichael has also caught two, giving him his first multi-touchdown season since 2007. Is the Chargers offense just the thing McMichael needs to be considered a fantasy option, especially with Antonio Gates out?

Rivers leads the NFL and fantasy in, like, everything. His four touchdown total is his highest this season, and he’s thrown multiple scores in all but two games. And he’s done it on only 23 attempts, meaning he might end up with his lowest attempts total so far this year. Doing more with less: that’s the Philip Rivers way.
