The Cincinnati Bengals haven’t produced a great deal of offense today against the New Orleans Saints, but WR Terrell Owens has found the end zone for the ninth time this season. Owens has been targeted eight times today, grabbing five for 40 yards. He’s gone over 100 yards only once since week five, and though today might not break that streak at least he’s scored.
Terrell Owens, Chris Ivory, And Jimmy Graham Starring In Saints-Bengals
Bengals QB Carson Palmer is hanging with Saints QB Drew Brees, closing in on the Super Bowl champ’s yardage total, throwing one more touchdown, and throwing one fewer pick.
The Saints have had more to celebrate, with RB Chris Ivory coming within range of a career game. He has 94 rushing yards and two touchdowns already, with just over a quarter to go.
Another young player, TE Jimmy Graham, has also stepped up for the Saints. His 72 yards matches his season high, and he’s doing it with TE Jeremy Shockey in the game. Fellow former Miami Hurricanes star Shockey has 28 yards on two carries.
