After four straight weeks of tossing at least two touchdowns in every game, Eli Manning had a much more quiet fantasy performance on Sunday against the Buffalo Bills. Manning threw for 292 yards, but didn’t throw a touchdown in a Giants victory. He did avoid any interceptions, though.

In a weird way, it was a bounce back performance for Manning as the ugly version of Manning resurfaced somewhat last week against the Seattle Seahawks when he threw three interceptions among his three touchdowns. The two games prior he was stellar, however, approaching a 70 percent completion percentage for 575 totals yards and six touchdowns, with zero interceptions against the Arizona Cardinals and Philadelphia Eagles.
Manning came in eighth in Yahoo! Sports’ fantasy rankings heading into Week 6, making him a low-end starter in a standard 10-team fantasy league. When he is at his best, Manning can be an elite option, however. Unfortunately, his occasional dud performance makes him a liability from time to time.
