The Houston Texans welcomed back running back Arian Foster to their starting lineup and he immediately got in gear in carrying the Texans to victory over the Pittsburgh Steelers. Foster finished the game with 155 rushing yards, 11 receiving yards and one rushing touchdown. Backup star Ben Tate rushed only twice for 20 yards.
Arian Foster Fantasy Recap: Hamstring Injury Not An Issue For Texans Running Back
Foster has been dealing with a balky hamstring since training camp and finally appeared to be 100% with this performance. For the Foster owners concerned about his potentially losing carries to Ben Tate, there apparently was not too much cause for concern. Gary Kubiak knows where his bread is buttered and went back to his work horse back.
If you have Ben Tate on your roster I would recommend hanging on to him for now unless you desperately need to make a roster move for an upcoming bye week. Hamstrings can seize up at any time so Tate could find himself getting back into the starting lineup before the season is over. For now though, Arian Foster is back and there is little doubt he is still an awesome fantasy back.
