Joe Flacco Fantasy Stats: Ravens QB Has Big Second Half

Joe Flacco rebounded from a terrible start to put up decent stats in Week 8. Flacco threw for 336 yards in a 30-27 win against the Cardinals, but he pass for any touchdowns with running back Ray Rice hogging the scores, and fantasy points.

Coming off an abysmal performance against the Jaguars in Week 7, Joe Flacco drew a favorable fantasy matchup against the Arizona Cardinals, missing ballhawking safety Kerry Rhodes and the offseason trade departure of CB Dominique Rodgers-Cromartie.

Flacco has more weapons this year than he's had in years past, with Anquan Boldin performing at a higher level than last year, a legitimate deep threat in rookie Torrey Smith and two reliable pass-catching tight ends in Ed Dickson and Dennis Pitta. How he uses them in Week 8 will be the real story.

For more on Flacco and his matchup with the Cardinals, check out Ravens blog, Baltimore Beat Down, and our Cardinals blog, Revenge of the Birds. Also be sure to check out all of our fantasy football news and video highlights of the best Week 8 action.
