Adrian Peterson Fantasy: Even On Off-Days, Vikings RB Shines

Another day, another monster fantasy performance from Adrian Peterson. The Minnesota Vikings running back scored a pair of touchdowns, one receiving and one rushing, and picked up more than 160 all-purpose yards. Peterson ended up rushing for 86 yards, which he supplemented with 76 receiving yards on five catches.

Peterson had 712 rushing yards and 49 receiving yards on the season with 8 touchdowns on the ground and zero in the air. Peterson was averaging 102 yards rushing and 7 yards receiving per game. Peterson’s rushing yards were up nearly 20 yards per game from last season.

Peterson was ranked as the top ranked running back according to Yahoo! heading into his match up with the Carolina Panthers.
