Marques Colston Injury Update: Payton Declares Colston Fully Healthy

New Orleans Saints wide receiver Marques Colston broke his collarbone in the Saints season opener but made it back in time for last Sunday's week four contest against the Jacksonville Jaguars. The Saints limited Colston to only 20 offensive snaps and he finished with one reception for eight yards.

The latest news out of New Orleans indicates Colston might have the shackles removed this week as he is reportedly "fully healthy." Head coach Sean Payton indicated that Colston would see his role increase this weekend against the Carolina Panthers. It remains to be seen whether that means a full workload or still more of a partial workload.

Given that it’s a bye week you might feel obligated to start Colston, but if you have some other options, you might want to wait one more week. At the very least we’ll keep an eye out for more news on Colston as the weekend approaches. The Panthers do give up a lot of passing yards so it might be worth it to roll the dice with Colston in his second game back.
