Mario Manningham Injury: Giants Add Manningham To Injury Report

After wondering all week about the status of wide receiver Hakeem Nicks, the New York Giants added wide receiver Mario Manningham to the injury report on Saturday. ESPN New York is citing a source who said that Manningham woke up with swelling in his knee today. Still unknown is how Manningham injured his knee. He will be a game-time decision for the Giants.

The Giants face a stiff test in San Francisco this week, taking on a 49ers team with a surprising 7-1 record thanks in large part to a tough defense. If Nicks cannot play this week, Victor Cruz will take his spot in the lineup.

Running back Ahmad Bradshaw is out this week as he recovers from a fractured foot. Also listed as questionable on the injury report besides Nicks and Manningham are center David Bass, offensive lineman Stacy Andrews and rookie cornerback Prince Amukamara.
