Hakeem Nicks Game-Time Decision With Hamstring Injury

After missing last week's win over the New England Patriots with a hamstring injury, New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks is listed as "Questionable" and regarded as being a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the San Francisco 49ers.

Hicks was held out of Wednesday’s practice, but tested his hamstring on Thursday and was able to practice on Friday. New York-to-San Francisco is a long flight, but the club is cautiously optimistic that their No. 1 receiver will be able to play on Sunday.

In seven games this season, Nick leads the Giants with 38 receptions and is second behind Victor Cruz with 575 yards and three touchdowns. With the Giants ruling out Ahmad Bradshaw for a second straight week, the NFL's sixth-ranked passing attack should benefit from the return of its top weapon, particularly as they will be going up against the league's 22nd-ranked pass defense.
