Eli Manning almost led another comeback win, but he came up short as the Giants tried to convert a fourth down late in the game. Manning finished the game with 311 passing yards and two touchdowns.
Eli Manning Fantasy: Giants QB Throws Two TDs In Loss
Often maligned as that other Manning, New York Giants quarterback Eli Manning is quietly having a very good season. Last week he helped his team beat the Patriots. Prior to this week’s game against the San Francisco 49ers, Manning had 2,377 passing yards with 15 touchdowns and six interceptions. He has a 98.8 quarterback rating.
Manning had a tough matchup against a San Francisco defense that has been a big part of their resurgence this season. Manning and Co. will look to hand the 49ers their second loss of the season this week. He was not a highly rated fantasy play because of this matchup, but he has thrown two touchdowns in both his last two games.
