Mike Tolbert Status Update: Chargers RB Will Play, Could Start

San Diego Chargers running back Mike Tolbert is listed as probable on the injury report with a hamstring. Tolbert practice in full all week for the Chargers and could wind up starting the game, depending on Ryan Mathews status. Tolbert has been the primary goal line back for the Chargers and will be likely playing in a shoot out against the Green Bay Packers.

Ryan Mathews status for the game is still up in the air and looks like a game time decision, so Tolbert should be in your starting line up if he’s on your roster. He’s normally good for a RB2 or 3 play anyway, but with how limited Mathews was during the week, it’s looking likely that Tolbert will get the majority of the touches.
