After missing Wednesday and Thursday's practices with a nagging hamstring injury, Atlanta Falcons rookie wide receiver Julio Jones returned to practice on a limited basis on Friday and is listed as "Questionable" on the team's final injury report of the week.
Julio Jones Questionable With Hamstring Injury
The sixth overall pick of the 2011 NFL Draft is regarded as a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Houston Texans. Jones has 30 receptions for 498 yards and two touchdowns, but has essentially missed a third of the season with hamstring issues, including the last games.
If Jones is unable to play, fourth-year wide receiver Harry Douglas is expected to start opposite Roddy White, with future Hall of Fame tight end Tony Gonzalez expected to be even more involved in the passing game. While the passing offense flows through White, Gonzalez has 14 receptions for 143 yards and a touchdown the last two weeks.
