Andre Johnson Injury Update: Texans WR Sprains Other Hamstring

Houston Texans wide receiver recently returned from a right hamstring sprain, and suddenly he finds himself hobbled by a strain to his left hamstring. Johnson missed extensive time after injuring his right hamstring earlier this season and having surgery on it. This injury reportedly does not feel as bad as the previous strain.

Although the strain might not be as bad, there is always a chance for a missed game or two depending on how Johnson feels Monday morning. It would not surprise me to see Johnson limited in practice, or possible even sit out practice on Wednesday as he rests the hamstring. This seems like an injury where we might not his Week 14 status until Friday or even game-day.

For now, you'll just want to wait and see what Gary Kubiak and the Texans have to say about the injury. Houston's passing game is already a problem with T.J. Yates, and removing Andre Johnson from the equation only makes it worse.
