Fantasy Football Week 2 Wide Receiver Projections: Megatron Rules

Earlier we posted the computer projections for wide receivers in Week 2 of fantasy football action. Now, we turn to our partner, PlayThisGuy.com, for a roundup of experts from all over the Internet. They surveyed 22 sources for their rankings, and compiled them into a single chart.

Calvin Johnson is king of the hill according to the gurus. This matches up with the recommend they gave Matthew Stafford in the quarterback projections. Of course, Andre Johnson can't be far behind, and he sits in the second spot. Brandon Marshall returns to prominence after he and Chad Henne had a good first week of the season, and the gurus still believe in Reggie Wayne, even though the Colts offense was pretty bad in Week 1.

Week 2 Consensus Rankings

1. Calvin Johnson (DET vs. KC)
2. Andre Johnson (HOU @ MIA)
3. Greg Jennings (GB @ CAR)
4. Larry Fitzgerald (ARI @ WAS)
5. DeSean Jackson (PHI @ ATL)
6. Roddy White (ATL vs. PHI)
7. Miles Austin (DAL @ SF)
8. Brandon Marshall (MIA vs. HOU)
9. Reggie Wayne (IND vs. CLE)
10. Mike Wallace (PIT vs. SEA)
