Santonio Holmes Injury Update: Questionable For Sunday

The New York Jets released their injury report for the week and have listed wide receiver Santonio Holmes as questionable for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Holmes has been dealing with knee and quad problems this week and has been limited in practice thus far.

The Jets activated wide receiver Patrick Turner off their practice squad on Wednesday, which would follow up the concern about Holmes health. At the same time, the activation was Wednesday and Holmes has been in practice, albeit in limited form since then. At this point, the best bet is that Holmes will be a game-time decision for Rex Ryan and the Jets. The team plays in the 1:00pm ET slot, which means you'll at least have an idea of his availability before any of the games kick off.

For now, I'd imagine Holmes will play and is worth continuing to start. While the Jaguars are coming off a solid performance against the Titans, they remain an enticing opponent for Holmes
