Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon (foot) has gone to North Carolina to see Dr. Anderson about his lingering injury, per Tarik El-Bashir. The 'Skins have been without their No. 1 wide out in Garcon, who has been battling a nagging pain in his foot. The team has not been able to put a timetable on his return, and are hoping to become more informed.
Pierre Garcon injury: Lingering foot injury decimating fantasy value
Washington Redskins wide receiver Pierre Garcon has sought further analysis regarding his lingering foot injury. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Quarterback Robert Griffin III has been battling hard with his team still not at full strength. Once Garcon is able to return, Washington could hit their next gear.
Fantasy Analysis: It's a good sign that Garcon and the Redskins are being proactive with his injury. The team sent Garcon to see Dr. Anderson, who reportedly also saw tight end Fred Davis. Garcon's value is stuck in limbo for the moment until he is cleared to return. He is likely a scratch for Week 8, but could return sooner rather than later.
Once Garcon is cleared to play, he should be a must-start, considering the booming performances from RGIII. The two displayed a rapport early on, and that could still be rekindled this season.
