Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson is apparently nursing a sore knee, per David Birkett. It seems Johnson was a little banged up in the Lions' Week 7 loss to the Chicago Bears. The Lions had a lot of difficulty moving the ball against their NFC North rival, as Johnson was depended on heavily, but couldn't come through.
Calvin Johnson (knee) is a little banged up after Week 7: Fantasy Implications
Detroit Lions wide out Calvin Johnson is nursing a sore knee. We breakdown the fantasy implications.

Even though Johnson is a little sore, there does not appear to be any reason to believe he won't play this Sunday when the Lions face another tough NFC opponent in the Seattle Seahawks.
Fantasy Analysis: Fantasy owners should not sweat this little bit of news. Johnson’s injury does not appear to be serious. It seemed to be a light bruising -- your basic wear and tear after a physical division game. CJ is on track to play this Sunday against an equally rough Seahawks defense.
The Seattle secondary will provide challenges for Johnson. Their corners can match-up physical and the safeties are very active around the football. Johnson remains a must-start but don’t be surprised if he doesn’t have his best fantasy outing of the season.
