New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks was held out of practice on Wednesday because of swelling in his knee and he may also miss practice on Thursday, coach Tom Coughlin said. Nicks has not played in the last two games for the Giants after grabbing 10 passes for nearly 200 yards in Week 2. Nicks missed almost the entire preseason because of a foot injury but started dealing with swelling in his knee last week. The Giants face the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.

New York Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks did not practice Wednesday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Impact: Nicks owners are growing tired of not hearing much positive news on the injury reports. He is far from a sure thing for Week 5 and owners should again start making contingency plans. Domenik Hixon would be a good person to grab if owners are looking to replace Nicks.
