Marshawn Lynch was limited in Wednesday's practice, but only to give the physical back some rest after another game in which he had to put the offense on his back. Lynch carried the ball 20 times against the Rams on Sunday and will probably be asked to carry it at least 20 more against the Panthers in week 5 as Seattle tries to find some kind of groove in the passing game. Backup Robert Turbin could also see more action in order to spell Lynch.
Marshawn Lynch limited in practice, but fantasy value is nothing to worry about
Beast Mode limited? Never. Well, today, yes. We break down the fantasy implications.

He will be without guard John Moffitt, who has already been ruled out with a knee injury.
Fantasy Take: The Panthers are 29th in the NFL in yards per carry allowed and that's not good against a player like Lynch who can typically carry a linebacker on his back for an additional two or three yards. Russell Wilson and the receivers have not found much of any rhythm after four weeks and the only thing working is Lynch. It does hurt to be without Moffitt though, who helped open up some big lanes in week 4 but Lynch should still be seen as a top five fantasy back in week 5.
