Washington Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III on Thursday was named the NFL Offensive Rookie of the Month for September. Griffin has the Redskins off to a 2-2 start in his rookie season, throwing for more than 1,000 yards and four touchdowns. He has also run for 234 yards and four touchdowns through the first four games. Griffin and the Redskins host the Atlanta Falcons in Week 5.
