Brandon Bolden sat out full pads practice for the New England Patriots on Thursday, according to Shalise Young of the Boston Globe. Bolden has been ruled out of the Pats' last two games due to a knee injury suffered in Week 6 against the Seattle Seahawks.
Brandon Bolden injury: Fantasy status unclear after missed practice Thursday
Brandon Bolden sat out full pads practice for the Patriots on Thursday, according to reports. We break down the fantasy implications.

The Patriots are on bye in Week 9, so the team does not have to release injury report. Bolden's status for Week 10 against a porous Buffalo Bills run defense is still unclear.
Fantasy Impact: Bolden was one of the hottest names in fantasy football after rushing for 137 yards and a touchdown against the Bills in Week 4, so it would be a shame if he didn’t get chance at an encore. His playing status looks hazy at best, however, having gone over two weeks without practice.
If Bolden is cleared, he would be a risky fantasy play simply because his role is still unclear. Would he jump Shane Vereen and Danny Woodhead to share carries with Stevan Ridley? Make sure you let Bolden feel his way back into the game before relying on him for production.
