Houston Texans RB Ben Tate (hamstring) has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills, per Nick Scurfield. Tate did not practice all week and there's no timetable for his return. It's worrying that his hamstring issue didn't get better over the Week 8 bye.
Ben Tate ruled out, no fantasy value in Week 9
Ben Tate has been ruled out for Week 9 against the Bills. We break down the fantasy implications.

Justin Forsett will serve as the main backup to Arian Foster.
Fantasy Impact: Tate was one of the most popular handcuff backs going into the season, but lingering toe and hamstring injuries have derailed him. You wouldn’t be blamed for dropping him - fantasy owners can’t afford the dead roster space with playoff races heating up.
Forsett is an intriguing handcuff play against Buffalo’s miserable defense, but Foster is expected to remain the workhorse.
