Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew (foot) has been officially ruled out for Sunday's game against the Detroit Lions. Jones-Drew was already ruled out early in the week, so this news is just a formality for the official injury reports. He did not practice all week and there is still no timetable for his return.
Maurice Jones-Drew injury update: No timetable for fantasy return
Maurice Jones-Drew is out again for Week 9 against the Jaguars. We break down the fantasy implications.

Rashad Jennings will get the start again in Jones-Drew's place. He had 17 carries for 59 yards last week.
Fantasy Impact: MJD avoided the dreaded Lisfranc fracture, but he’s still out indefinitely and should be considered week-to-week. Fantasy owners can’t count on him returning until he at least gets some practice time in again.
Jennings hasn’t quite lived up to his preseason hype, but will still get the workhorse load and could get going against Detroit’s defense. Consider him a tentative RB2/flex play this week.
