Donald Brown injury: Colts RB expected to sit, eliminating fantasy value
After being listed as probable on Friday’s injury report, Donald Brown is now expected to sit out Sunday’s game between the Colts and the Dolphins. We break down the fantasy implications.

Brown apparently suffered some unexpected swelling in his knee. If he is ultimately marked inactive, expect Vick Ballard to handle the rushing workload out of the backfield for the Colts.
Fantasy Impact: Interim head coach Bruce Arians indicated earlier in the week that Brown and Ballard would play “equal amounts”. With Brown likely to sit, expect Ballard to see a lot more carries. Ballard may still be available in your league, and would be a nice replacement option for those left desperate by the news.
Just be sure to bear in mind that the Dolphins are allowing a scant 3.5 yards per carry on the season. Their rushing defense is behind only the Chicago Bears, allowing just 82 yards rushing per game.
