Shorts is nursing a hamstring injury, which caused him to miss practice on Thursday. He returned to practice in a limited capacity on Friday, though, and is expected to play against the Bills.
Fantasy Impact: The Jacksonville Jaguars passing attack has come alive in recent weeks, and Cecil Shorts has been a huge part of that. Shorts is having a breakout season, having already collected 747 receiving yards and six touchdowns.
