Fantasy football waiver-wire advice, Week 14: Running backs to target for the fantasy playoffs
The waiver wire is slim pickings at this point in the season, but you never know when a difference maker could be sitting out there for your fantasy football playoff run.

While the dynamic Philadelphia Eagles rookie isn't likely available in your league, a few other potential impact fantasy running backs could be sitting on the free agent list.
Here are the few names left to keep an eye on.
If Jonathan Dwyer is available in your fantasy league, it’s time to get him on your roster. Mike Tomlin is ready to roll with Dwyer as the Steelers’ featured back for the rest of the season. With the quarterback struggles Pittsburgh is having, Dwyer has a chance to become the focal point of the offense. He could be a solid starter for fantasy owners down the stretch.
Jonathan Stewart is once again injured. Williams wasn't outstanding in his place on Sunday, but he did get most of the carries for Carolina. The Panthers play the Falcons this upcoming week, so Williams could get things going this week. He's worth a shot as a flier this week.
3. James Starks, Green Bay Packers
The Green Bay Packers' ground game hasn't exactly been ripe with fantasy potential this season, but James Starks flashed a bit on Sunday. He had 82 total yards on 17 touches against the Vikings in Week 13 and scored a touchdown, something the Packers aren't used to from their running backs. He's worth a speculative add.
