Sidney Rice injury: Wide receiver will go through concussion protocol, fogging fantasy status
Sidney Rice will undergo the NFL’s concussion protocol after suffering a big hit during the Seahawks’ win over the Bears on Sunday. We break down the fantasy implications.

Rice has yet to miss a game this season, but was slow to get up after suffering a big hit as he crossed the end zone for the game-winning touchdown in overtime. He has scored five touchdowns over his last five games.
Fantasy Impact: It appears that fantasy owners will have to monitor Rice's status throughout the week, after optimism Sunday that the wide receiver would be just fine going forward. If he is active, Rice is an excellent fantasy option. He has been very productive in recent weeks in conjunction with Russell Wilson's emergence as a budding NFL quarterback.
