Cecil Shorts has passed concussion testing, but will not practice for the Jacksonville Jaguars on Wednesday due to lingering symptoms, according to John Oehser of the Jags' official site. Shorts was forced to leave Sunday's game against the Buffalo Bills.
Cecil Shorts passes concussion test, but misses practice Wednesday: Fantasy implications
Cecil Shorts has passed concussion testing, but has yet to return to practice for the Jaguars. We break down the fantasy implications.

Shorts still managed to catch seven passes for 77 yards and a touchdown, however. He has been playing very well lately, with touchdown receptions in each of his last four games, a span that includes two outings with over 100 yards receiving.
Fantasy Impact: Shorts has blossomed into a solid WR2 in recent weeks, after beginning the season on waiver wires in most fantasy leagues. Unfortunately, owners will have to keep a sharp eye on the Jags' injury reports this week to find out whether he will play against the New York Jets. He is worth starting if active. If inactive, then Justin Blackmon should be worth a serious look as a Flex option.
