After a Saturday night arrest for domestic, the Miami Dolphins have terminated the contract of wide receiver Chad Johnson. Acquired by Miami this offseason to upgrade their nameless receiving corps, Johnson was looking to rebound in a big way after basically sitting the season in 2011 on New England's roster.
Miami Dolphins Release Chad Johnson: Fantasy Implications
It was reported on Sunday evening that the Miami Dolphins have released wide receiver Chad Johnson. We’ll discuss the fantasy implications as it pertains to the remaining players on the Dolphins. For more on the Miami Dolphins, check out The Phinsider

Analysis: Matt Moore and Reggie Bush may be the two players most effected by Johnson's departure. With Chad Johnson on the outside, Moore had a legitimate target at wide receiver. Moore only had backup value before, and without a legitimate target at wide receiver, he should remain a free agent in most fantasy leagues.
Bush is still a valuable fantasy option, but he now headlines the Dolphins offense as their number one offensive threat. He is a still a must-draft player, but unfortunately his numbers might not be what they could have been had Johnson been around for the 2012 season. Without Johnson on the team’s roster, Bush will be hogging the attention of opposing defenses this season.
