Analysis: Simpson could be a sleeper for Minnesota this season, coming to the team as one of their few offseason acquisitions in a hope to upgrade a fairly weak position group. Outside of Percy Harvin, Simpson is the most legitimate pass-catching threat at wide receiver. Having played 2011 in Cincinnati, Simpson was a reliable target for then-rookie Bengals QB Andy Dalton. Christian Ponder is another young quarterback that could take a liking to his new receiving threat. Simpson may be a solid late round pick when the crop of remaining players appears uninspiring.
