Washington Redskins RB Roy Helu didn't practice Monday, as coach Mike Shanahan now says that both of Helu's Achilles tendons are sore. Helu was held out of Saturday's game with Chicago and Shanahan has been hoping to have him ready for this week's preseason game with the Indianapolis Colts.
Redskins Coach: Roy Helu Has Two Sore Achilles’: Fantasy Implications
Redskins RB Roy Helu has two sore Achilles’. We break down the fantasy implications.

Analysis: It's hard to imagine Helu having too much of a role in the rest of the preseason. The team's running back situation was never clear because of injuries but this seems to open up some room for Evan Royster, Alfred Morris and-- once he is healthy -- Tim Hightower. Fantasy owners shouldn't ignore Helu on draft day but he is looking more like a player to stash on a roster that has a good number of bench spots. Royster may have the best chance to make an impact earlier in the season.
