Dallas Cowboys WR Miles Austin says he’s not concerned about his latest hamstring injury. He tells the team’s website that he just needs to focus on getting back on the field. Austin has been out since last week and isn’t expected to play on Monday against the Oakland Raiders in the team’s preseason opener. Austin missed six games last season because of a lingering hamstring injury.

Analysis: Austin has been a prime target in the Dallas offense over the past few seasons and there is no reason to think that it won’t be that way in 2012 as well. Austin is a consensus top 20 receiver and closer to top 10 if he is healthy. Even in limited action last season, he caught seven touchdowns and nearly 600 yards. This will be a bigger concern if he isn’t taking the field later in the preseason.
