Coach: Vikings Must Be ‘Somewhat Cautious’ With Adrian Peterson; Fantasy Value Holds
Minnesota Vikings coach Leslie Frasier says the team will have to use some caution when it comes to running back Adrian Peterson’s workload.

Fantasy Impact: Fantasy owners are happy Minnesota was cautious enough in Week 1 to give him two carries around the goal line. Those who owned Toby Gerhart were probably expecting more, especially considering that Peterson was going to be a game-time decision. Gerhart only had 18 yards on six carries in the overtime win. Expect a slightly more balanced workload as the season goes along but Peterson should still get his chances to score.
