Seattle Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate returned to practice on Wednesday according to Pete Carroll, via Danny O'Neil on Twitter. Tate missed the Seahawks week 1 loss to the Arizona Cardinals with a knee injury and his status for this weeks game against the Cowboys is still in doubt, but improving. Other injury news out of Seattle includes wide receiver Charly Martin being ruled out with a bruised lung and guard John Moffitt returning to start at RG over JR Sweezy.
Golden Tate Returns To Practice, Fantasy Value On Hold
Seahawks wide receiver Golden Tate returned to practice on Wednesday, but his week 2 status is still in doubt. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: Even if Tate is ruled active, he'd likely split time with Braylon Edwards opposite of Sidney Rice, reducing each of their fantasy values against a talented Cowboys secondary. After an inconsistent performance against the Cardinals, fantasy owners will have to be patient with Seahawks wide receivers as they adjust to getting more time with QB Russell Wilson.
