Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker (shoulder) was a full participant in Wednesday's practice (via John Glennon). It was an encouraging sign for the quarterback who is believed to be able to go this weekend against San Diego, barring any setbacks. Locker originally injured his shoulder making a tackle on an interception he threw against New England.
Jake Locker Participates In Practice On Wednesday: Fantasy Implications
Tennessee Titans quarterback Jake Locker was a full participant in practice on Wednesday. We discuss the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: Locker does not have starting fantasy value, but is owned as a backup and potential sleeper in many leagues. Locker's status should be monitored as he could develop into a decent fantasy starter down the line. Whether or not Locker's shoulder is healed does not drastically effect the value of his pass-catchers as the Titans have a reliable backup in Matt Hasselbeck.
