Seattle Seahawks running back Marshawn Lynch was limited in practice on Wednesday with the same back spasms that have bothered him for much of the past two weeks. Lynch was still able to start against the Cardinals in week 1 and carry the ball 21 times for 85 yards. Seattle is likely just being cautious with their number one running back.
Marshawn Lynch Limited In Practice, Not Likely To Harm Week 2 Fantasy Value
Marshawn Lynch was limited in Wednesday practice with back spasms. We break down the fantasy implications.

Fantasy Analysis: Despite the spasms that have clearly not gone away 100%, Lynch ran tough and effective in week 1, nearly gaining 100 total yards while the passing game was mostly absent against Arizona. The Cowboys could have another solid run defense this year, but that didn't stop Lynch from running for 135 yards and a touchdown against Dallas in 2011. Feel confident in starting Lynch in week 2.
